Asante Kotoko’s opponent for the second round of the African Champions League competition will be Morocco's Ittihad Khemisset.

The Porcupine Warriors, one of the few clubs to earn a preliminary round bye in the competition play Ittihad Khemisset, who now skip the first round because after a withdrawal by their opponent from the opening round tie.

Ittihad Khemisset were billed to have played Wallidan but the Gambia champions pulled out of this year's African Champions League for financial reasons.

Kotoko will host the first leg at home in March before the second leg in Khemisset in April.
