Thirty-Eight to report for Black Starlets camping on Wednesday

Thirty Eight (38) players have been invited to camp as the national U-17 male team begins preparations for the upcoming U-17 WAFU Zone B qualifying games which will be played later this year.

The third phase of screening of players into the next Ghana U-17 national team (Black Starlets) started on Tuesday at the Military Academy Training School in Teshie with young talents from turning out on the first day of the exercise.

Ghana U17 midfielder Abdul Razak Yussif has regained consciousness after being rushed to the hospital during yesterday's World Cup group match in India.

Ghana's U-17 male team has been drawn in Group A of the FIFA U-17 World alongside tournament hosts India, Colombia and USA. 

Ghana progressed into the Final of the Total U-17 Africa Cup of Nations Gabon 2017 following   a 6-5 penalty shootout win over Niger at Stade de port Gentil on Wednesday.

Coach Paa Kwesi Fabin  has named his starting eleven for Ghana' s U17 final group match against Guinea in Libreville.

Ghana are the first African nation to reach the FIFA U-17 World Cup India 2017 after easing their way into the CAF U-17 Africa Cup of Nations semi-finals on Wednesday. 

The National under 17 Male football team, Black Starlets arrived in Libreville, the capital city of Gabon on May 5,2017 for  their final preperation towards the  Total U17 Africa cup of Nation Gabon 2017 which kicks off on May 14 to 28.

Head Coach of the national under 17 football team, Paa Kwasi Fabin has named a provisional 25-man squad for the upcoming Africa Under 17 Championship in Gabon. 

The National Under 17 team, the Black Starlets will face their Nigerien counterparts in a double header international friendly in Accra next week.
