The Ghana Football Association has renewed its sponsorship pact with Continental Commodities Trading Company, a rice import company.
The GH˘200,000 renewed deal was signed between both parties allowing the rice import company, to the hold title as the official meal sponsor of the Black Stars.
CCTC on Thursday presented the first trunch, being one-third of the amount to the Ghana Football Association.
FA President Kwesi Nyantakyi, who picked up the GH˘50,000 cheque from General Manager of CCTC, Ahmed Halawi says the football body was very appreciative of the efforts of the rice importing company in supporting the national team.
“We have remained satisfied with your existing relationship with us (FA) and hope we can grow our various brands to an appreciable level of success.
“There are challenges which we have to meet and we are hopeful of attaining such heights with the support of your company,” the FA President said.
