Liberty Professionals

Liberty Professionals football club was founded in 1996 by Felix Ansong and Alhaji Sly Tetteh of blessed memory. The club started their first season in the Poly Tank Division One League but was promoted to the Premier League in their second season.

Since then the club has consistently maintained respectable league match performances. Liberty is based in Dansoman- Accra and has Alhaji Sly Tetteh Park as its home grounds. Though Liberty has no trophy in its ward-drop, it has nurtured world class players like Asamoah Gyan, Kwodwo Asamoah, Michael Essien and Sulley Ali Muntari.
