With the exception of the Power FC and Pure Joy match in Zone 3B which ended 2-3 in the latter’s favour - league debutants -, the country’s second most competitive league really gets into action as 46 other clubs grouped into zones nationwide open their campaigns.

The league has welcomed three demoted clubs from the premiership, All Blacks, Sporting Mirren and Tema Youth while former elite campaigners, Vipers are back in the groove after gaining promotion from division two.
