Isaac Vorsah has expressed delight at playing his first game for Ghana on Wednesday at the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations against Guinea.

The defender returned to the Black Stars team after completing a two-match ban in the run-up to the qualifying for the tournament.

Ghana finished tops in Group D following the 1-1 draw in a difficult game against the Syli National at the Stade de Franceville to advance to the quarter-final.

But Vorsah said, he enjoyed his first run out and felt no pressure.

“I have lots of matches in my stead so it was a normal game. I think it wasn’t difficult for me personally. But I am happy to have played,” Vorsah told www.ghanafa.org.

The Hoffenhiem defender is now focusing on the next game, the quarter-final clash against Tunisia on Sunday in Franceville.

“We would be fighting hard and achieve what we want, which is to qualify to the semi-finals.”
