Derek Boateng says there are no easy games at the 2012 African Cup of Nations with a quarter-final clash with Tunisia on the cards on Sunday.

The Black Stars reached the second round of the tournament after finishing tops in Group D on Wednesday following a 1-1 draw with Guinea.

And the midfielder is happy with the progress made despite the difficult nature of the game.

“It was a very, very difficult game and the play good football, they are very disciplined on the field and they have the players who handle and pass the ball well,” Boateng said.

“It was very difficult for us but the most important thing is that we managed to get a point and we first in our group and looking forward to the next game.”

The competition has become tougher with the teams reduced to eight from 16 sides that started eleven days ago.

Boateng, who was a second half substitute for Ghana, is anticipating another tense battle for the Black Stars.

“Tunisia have a very good side. They are disciplined on the field like Guinea.

“We know that it is going to be difficult but we hope to qualify and we are going to do our best to win the game,” he added.
