Milovan Rajevac expects his Ghana team to put in another positive performance as he leads his side through their final training session on Friday.
Ghana plays Sudan in the third group D qualifying match for the 2010 World Cup and Nations Cup at the Al Merreikh Stadium in Omdurman on Saturday.
The Black Stars arrived in Khartoum on Thursday evening would undergone their last training session Friday evening ahead of Saturday's qualifier and Rajevac says his team needs to stay focused throughout the game.
"Sudan might not have the names that other teams can put out on their team list but they have a strong unit who would be pushing for something while playing at home.
"They have good sides who continue to perform creditably in the African Champions League and that gives us an idea about how strong they are.
"They wouldn't come out to upset us but would play a determined game aware of the fact that a defeat would possibly rule them out of the World Cup," Rajevac told www.ghanafa.org.
The Serbian coach has 22 players to name his team from after the same side with the exception of John Paintsil - out due to a one match suspension - pulled an important away win over Mali a fortnight ago.
A win will greatly enhance Ghana's chances of playing in another World Cup. But the Black Stars would first have to go past Sudan.
"For my boys, the message remains the same. We stick to our plan and play till the match is over. The Sudanese would be threat but we believe we are capable of recording a good result.
"They (players) know what I expect from them. They put in a great performance in Mali and I hope they even go past that performance on Saturday," the Black Stars coach said.
Ghana, who play their second consecutive away game in the qualifiers lead the 2010 World Cup qualifying group D table with six points, three ahead of second placed Benin.
