Cameroon and the Ivory Coast are among the top 20 sides.
Brazil still lead the pack with World champions, Italy holding onto the second spot .
Argentina are improved a by a step up to the third while France drops to the fourth while England are still fifth.
On the African continent, Ghana have dropped a step down to the sixth position.
Nigeria hold onto the first position on the African continent followed by Cameroon and Ivory Coast in that order.
Egypt are fourth while Guinea with a massive leap are fifth after recording a significant step up the log by four places.
