Ghana and Australia have settled for Queen's Park Rangers' Loftus Road ground for next month’s international friendly in London.
The Black Stars and the Socceroos, will meet at Queen's Park Rangers' Loftus Road ground on 14 November.
Both nations were eliminated at the second-round stage of the World Cup in Germany.
Ghana, by virtue of being host of the 2008 African Cup of Nations finals would not be playing any competitive match until January 2008, when the tournament kicks off in Accra.
The game against the Australians would be the third for new Black Stars coach, Claude Le Roy.
Le Roy guided the Black Stars to their Asian conquest where Ghana beat Japan and South Korea in two separate international friendlies this October.
Australia coach Graham Arnold says the match would be an ideal chance for the European-based members of his squad to meet ahead of their debut in the Asian finals to be co-hosted by Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia next year.
"Our eyes are firmly on achieving success at the Asian Cup and matches like the one against Ghana are going to be crucial to our preparations," he said.
Graham Arnold sees Black Stars as a strong opposition.
"They are a very tough opposition who showed during the World Cup they are capable of being one of the best sides in the world."
