The national camp gets busy as some thirty-seven junior team players return to the Ghanaman Soccer Centre for Excellence in Prampram for preparations ahead of next year’s African U-17 Championship.
This is the first call up of Ghana’s under-17 side to camp after qualifying at the expense of the Ivory Coast this month for the biannual youth competition to be hosted by Togo in March 2007.
The players retuned to camp on Friday as they commence preparation beginning Saturday morning under the Black Starlets backroom staff.
Of the lot, Reading FC’s Kelvin Owusu Bossman is the only foreign layer in the tall list of selected players.
The English-based player has been part of the Black Starlets set u since their qualifying campaign.
