The Black Satellites are yet to record a first win at the 4-Nations tournament after losing their second game.
Ghana lost their second game 1-0 to Brazil on Saturday and now face the hosts in the final game after an opening draw with Nigeria.
Saturday's clash with the South Americans was the first time both sides had met after Ghana beat Brazil in the finals of the Fifa Under-20 World Cup in Egypt last year.
The tournament is being organised by the South Africa Football Association to test facilities for the Fifa World Cup finals.
